Your pet will be brought into our care gently and respectfully. Their ashes are then returned

to you quickly, safely, and privately in a simple, classic resting package — something that

protects them and brings them home, without pressure to choose urns, keepsakes, or

memorials straight away.

There is no rush to decide what comes next.

Your pet’s ashes can remain in their resting package for as long as you need — days, weeks,

months or longer — until one day, you feel ready and something speaks their name to you.

We are a small, family-run crematorium, founded from love and loss.

Fir Tree Pet Crematorium was created by Peter, who passed away during the Covid years.

He believed that when a family loses a beloved companion, the most important thing is

getting them home quickly and with dignity.

His wife, Amanda, had once experienced the pain of waiting weeks for the ashes of her

Siamese cat, Lilly — and being pressured to choose memorials when she was still raw with

grief. He saw how deeply that affected her.

So he built this place on one simple belief:

“Let’s get them home first. The rest can wait.”

Every pet entrusted to us is treated with gentleness, respect, and the same care you would

We car refer you to a home visit vet, who is very affordable and can help you and your pet in your time of need.
We can collect your pet frpm your home or your vet.
Your pet will come home wit us and be individually and respectfully cremated.

For individual Pet Cremation

Sometimes, even though we find it hard, we often have to decide to let our pets go to sleep. As pet mums and dads we do this when it is the kindest and only option left to us.

Here at Firtree Pet Crematorium we are associated with the most caring and kind vets who will come to your home, should the painful need arise to say goodbye and carry out home euthanasia at a very affordable price, helping you to ensure you can have an individual pet cremation in the same dignified and considerate way you would wish your humans to be cared for when they reached that point in their lives. Our way, will enable your pet to remain in the comfort of their own home and not feel any of the anxiety that they may usually feel when faced with a trip to the vet.

Home euthanasia is not something we offer , however we can help you coordinate this and we do not charge for the help when coordinating. The fees are usually payable directly to the vet for the home euthanasia. We do understand that the grief experienced when you loose a pet can be totally disabling to pet family so we will do what we can whenever we can to help you navigate.

We understand that all of our pets are unique, therefore, if you have something a little more specific in mind or are unsure if we will offer the cremation service for your pet, please call us and feel free to ask the question.
